About Pulse Yoga
I specialise in yoga for sport, particularly runners and cyclists, but can apply practical sports-led yoga techniques to golf, tennis, football and more. I am the author of the Bloomsbury books Yoga for Cyclists, Yoga for Runners, The Stretching Bible and Move. I teach mostly 1/2/1, couples and small groups but have also worked with the London Dynamos, Kent Velo Ladies and the Elmbridge Road Runners. I also offer general 'vinyasa flow' style yoga. I teach anatomy and physiology to trainee yoga teachers on the British Wheel of Yoga diploma course. I'm the vice chair and a ride leader at the Surrey-based triathlon club The Viceroys.
