Rachael’s class provides me with the perfect blend of relaxation and stretching. When I arrive for class I’m usually pretty stressed from work and thinking of 5 or 6 things at the same time; by the time I leave I’m pleasantly tired from the welcome stretching, and so very much more calm. I enjoy the class so much I’m trying to fit in a second session each week! Highly recommended. Oh, and Rachael always accommodates my dodgy knees, so I can participate fully despite my pre-existing difficulties.
My husband and I have been attending Rachael’s Tuesday evening classes for over two months and we love it. The sessions cover a full range of poses that work on flexibility, strength, balance and our favourite part, relaxation! You can go at your own pace so it suits people of all levels. We do find some of the poses challenging (for me balance, for my husband flexibility) but you can also rest when you need to. Rachael is a kind teacher who guides and encourages and we really enjoy her classes.
Rachael is a truly inspiring Yoga teacher full of ideas… she makes it possible for everyone to enjoy her classes beginner or advanced/ young or old.
She has helped me to improve by body and mind through her practice 🙂
