I teach small classes from my home, no more than 9 in a class, so everyone can have individual attention should they want it. My back ground is in Physiotherapy, so my teaching is based on anatomy and physiology. I was trained by the Inner Yoga Trust, and have been qualified for 11 years now, so have gained a lot of teaching experience over the years. My main teachers were taught by Vanda Scaravelli, so this is a great influence on the way I work. However, I'm interested in a lot of other fields of yoga, and am always learning.
I teach a variety of classes; a Chair Yoga class; a Restorative Nidra class and various morning, afternoon and evening general classes. I also teach small groups (2 or 3 people) and individual sessions.
