I'm Lauren and through my own journey I've been lucky enough to learn some beautiful teachings, from Yoga, Meditation and Reiki to Pregnancy Yoga, Postnatal Yoga and relaxation techniques. I've become very passionate about assisting women on their path to self-love and empowerment through the teachings I have learnt. I want to live a life of service to help women get into their flow in life, embracing their true femininity.

After becoming pregnant myself in September 2018, I decided that training in pregnancy yoga would be an amazing way to celebrate my pregnancy and to give back to other women in the same stage of their lives.
Pregnancy is such a huge transformation and it isn't always the easiest. I have gone through highs and lows and by using techniques learnt in yoga and relaxation, it is making my transition a lot smoother.
My classes will be a place that you can come and fully nourish your mind and body. It will offer you gentle movement for any stage of pregnancy and full relaxation. You will rest and restore your beautiful pregnant selves so that you can go into the rest of your week feeling fully cared for. You will also learn techniques that you can use in your daily lives to help cope with your ever-changing body, as well as techniques you can use during labour, oh and I nearly forgot to mention, there WILL be chocolate!

Women's Relaxation Classes
These classes are for all women, of all ages and also suitable for pregnancy (please let me know if you're pregnant). It is purely a place for you to come and fully relax, something that we don't realise how much we need until we do it. We usually relax by sitting down on the sofa, watching the TV and maybe having a glass of wine but this isn't true relaxation because TV and wine are both stimulants. To achieve the type of relaxation we need in our lives we need to be in a space where all those stimulants are removed, there is nothing for you to do, no-one for you to answer to and that way you give your body and mind permission to rest completely.
What happens in the class?
When you arrive you will make a cosy nest and get comfy, keeping a quiet and relaxing atmosphere as much as possible (don't worry, there will be time for a little chat before you go home). There will be blankets, bolsters and some mats but it may be a good idea to bring a cushion and a blanket of your own in case the class is quite full. I will come round and make sure you are as cosy as possible & ready to drop into a beautiful state of deep relaxation.
Once everyone is settled I will take you through a guided meditation, don't worry if you fall asleep, I will make sure you are woken up in a peaceful way at the end.
After the group has woken from their relaxation, we will gather round and have some yummy chocolate and a bit of a chat, if you feel you would like to, before you make your way home.
