About Asante Yoga

Ana is a fully qualified yoga teacher who got her formal training in the heart of where it all began – Mysore, India. She is also certified and experienced in teaching prenatal, postnatal and mother-and-baby yoga. Having in addition to this Mindfulness Educator certification she incorporates the techniques in each and every lesson to best benefit her students. Ana is now offering new yoga classes in Guildford and Surrey. Her regular yoga classes are a combination of Hatha, Ashtanga yoga and Vinyasa Flow focusing on stretching, strengthening, weight loss and improving coordination.

Ana accommodates all levels and ages as she varies different levels of difficulty depending on individual students’ needs.

Shavasana (final relaxation after a yoga class) is one of the crucial elements in Ana’s yoga class. She provides guided mindful relaxation with a personal touch – a complimentary aroma neck and shoulder massage. As a result students leave her class feeling accomplished from a full body work-out on the mat but at the same time completely relaxed and inspired. Smiles say it all.
