About Breathe Calm – Yoga & Mindfulness
YOGA CLASSES
Relax and unwind in a friendly setting. Classes are designed to gently enhance strength and flexibility while calming mind and body. They are ideal for stress-relief. You can expect to combine gentle flowing sequences with static postures. Classes are practised at a moderate pace with a focus on mindfully connecting with breath and body. We finish with restorative stretching and a calming guided relaxation. Classes are kept fairly small to ensure that care can be given to the individual student.
Classes are friendly and are suitable for everyone, regardless of age and ability. Yoga is not competitive and you do not have to be flexible to join a class! You are encouraged to go at your own pace and will be given options to modify postures to suit you and your body.
Amy holds a 350 hour Yoga Teaching Diploma from the Yoga Institute Sydney. She is also a qualified mindfulness teacher. She is PGCE qualified, first aid trained and fully insured.
