I have over 30 years yoga experience teaching Hatha yoga with other influences. As well as general yoga from beginners to intermediate I also run antenatal, post natal, baby massage and baby yoga sessions . There are workshops on Mindfulness, Candlelit Relaxation/Meditation and other topics during the year.

I have recently started running Yoga Retreats in the Taurus Mountains in Turkey. They are held in a luxurious villa with an amazing view set in the mountains and looking down the lush green valley. The turquoise coast is a 15 minute drive away.

The villa can also be let for holidays.
