Health is a reflection of how connected you are mind, body and soul. From my own life experiences, I’ve learnt that practicing yoga plays a key part in establishing and maintaining this connection in a healthy way.
In my yoga classes, this achieved through an awareness of and movement with, the breath. This helps to quiet the busy-ness and creates space for you to just be, if only for an hour a week. Over time, this quiet space you create translates into more positive patterns of thought, which are then reflected in your behaviour, food and lifestyle choices off the mat, which in turn contribute to improved health.
