Melé Yoga

Melé Yoga holds open group lessons, one to ones, private and semi-private group classes online and in and around Surrey for all levels. Each class plan is a safe sequenced flow, offering a variety of modifications to ensure all students feel safe, whilst still building strength, balance, focus and flexibility.

Covering Surrey: Little Bookham, Great Bookham, Leatherhead, Effingham, Horsley, Guildford, Cobham, Fetcham, Woking, Dorking,, Byfleet, Weybridge, Molesey and surrounding areas.

200hr teacher training with The Yoga Academy and Simon Low (graduation due 11/18). Accredited by the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY), Yoga Alliance US 200-hour certified and Yoga Alliance Professionals (UK) registered.
