About Surrey Hills Healing
I am a Yoga and exercise teacher with 30 years of teaching and a lifetime of practice. I come from a professional dance background, which led me into holistic treatments, and I also practice Massage, Natural Beauty treatments and Reflexology.
I teach mothers to massage their babies, and wrote the internationally sold book, Soothe your Baby the Natural Way
I am a Laughter Yoga Leader, I hold events where we learn to help ourselves to feel better, look younger, become more creative, all by laughing.
I teach Kids Yoga locally, aged 3 -10yrs
I run relaxing meditation and dance workshops
