21/2 – 7yrs old – Children breathe life into stories, making the characters and objects come alive, by moving their bodies into traditional yoga postures. Classes are high energy, fun loving and non competitive.
8 – 12yrs & Teens – Themed classes that use creative problem solving and fun partner postures that build confidence and team building skills.
