I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa krama (where each posture is connected to the next), restorative yoga and meditation. Classes include an emphasis on breath and movement to free the body and mind. I aim to apply the original teachings of yoga to our contemporary context. Classes usually begin with breath awareness, followed by limbering, mobilising, strengthening and relaxation.
I trained with Yogacampus in London, one of the longest standing yoga teacher training organisations in the UK and with Judith Hanson Lasater in restorative yoga.
Slow Flow Yoga
Sundays 9.30-10.30am at at Matchpoint Lifeline, Oxted, Surrey
A flowing practice at a pace which allows for focus on breath and finding freedom in movement. This is an open class where you can work at your own level.
