Find Yoga Inside was designed with the individual in mind. We tailor make all our 1-1 classes around the students needs and wants. We can come to you or you can travel to us. You have a completely flexibility with us and we aim to make practising yoga a more authentic experience.
We also provide group classes and again requirements can be discussed in advance.
Yoga is for everyone no matter what size or shape you and you don’t need ro be flexible or have any prior knowledge.
