Yes, it’s great for all of the above and so much more. I help people relieve these things and then go beyond them, so they experience more health and happiness.

I usually only do this work one-to-one, because your life and your goals are so individual. I apply yoga, mindfulness and Ayurveda in an integrated way, so the solution I offer will be personal to you.

Arriving into Jo’s class at the end of a working week, I feel tired, stressed, and fraught. But when I am in class time slows down, we perform movements with all parts of the body, get into different positions, slow our breathing down, meditate on different themes such as self care, care for others. By the end of the class I feel contentment, lightness, calm and relaxed which lasts long into the evening followed by a restful nights sleep. What a fantastic way to start the weekend.

I had long had a wish to try yoga but never seemed to find the right class or time. I was introduced to Jo via a friend, to whom I am eternally grateful. My primary reason for wanting to try yoga was to put some ground work in now to try to remain more flexible in later life. I had not considered the benefits for my mental wellbeing. Sessions are held in a private room or via Skype. There's always an informal, relaxed atmosphere and an attitude of possibility.
