About Evelyn Rose Yoga
Evelyn is a multi-style yoga teacher who loves teaching Yin, Vinyasa and traditional Hatha yoga classes. Having completed her Yoga Alliance accredited 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training in Mallorca in 2019, she aims to help others find the inner calm that yoga provided her with when she struggled with anxiety and panic attacks in her teens.
