Lee Cooper offers one to one yoga sessions tailored to suit individual’s needs and teaches classes, workshops and retreats on the island of Gozo

Yoga retreats are Lee’s passion as she feels that it allows individuals to totally immerse themselves into the world of yoga. By stepping away for a week it enables people to feel the remarkable changes that yoga has to offer; physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
The name “karma suits you yoga” was chosen because of the Sanskrit meaning of Karma. Lee believes that by practicing good karma the world will become a healthier, happier place, hence Karma suits you.
