Sandi teaches traditional Hatha and Vinyasa flow yoga. She is a passionate and caring teacher whose intention is to help her students find themselves through yoga and meditation.
She has travelled to India for training and is currently teaching in London and Surrey, UK.
Sandi currently teaches group classes and teaches private classes to cater to your needs. These can be at her place or yours.

She is extremely thorough and knows all of the Sanskrit words for the poses, you can tell that her connection to yoga lies deep as it is present with her connected way of teaching.
