Green and Yoga

Yoga classes in Warlingham, Chelsham Community Hall.
Tuesday at 8pm Strong Solar Flow energising, uplifting Yoga to build up strength and stamina. Followed by much needed stretches and relaxation to bring your body mind and breath into harmony.
Gentle Lunar Flow on Sundays at 4pm. This class is suitable for all. Soft and very relaxing. Gentle body breath movements followed by long rest. Perfect way to end the week.
Mixing gentle and strong on Thursday mornings 9.30-10.45am. My very special Shakti Flow. Dreamlike soft meditative movements to connect with your true self. Chants, visualisations, meditation, yoga philosophy. For those who like to dig deeper into world of Yoga.
