About Yoga with Estelle
The classes are small with plenty of opportunity for personal attention to posture work. Estelle trained in the UK with Swami Indranandaji (Sri Indar Nath), steeped in the traditions of yoga – asana (posture practice), pranayama (breathing techniques) relaxation, philosophy, meditation and yoga nidra (yogic sleep) – and with the British Wheel of Yoga with whom she attained her teaching diploma. She has been teaching
for 25 years.
