Classes are conducted live online, and can be viewed anywhere in the world. You simply choose the class and book in! You can even try a membership, which offers two classes at £16/month (usual drop in rate £10) for free for one month!

11.30am – Enliven – 75 mins – vinyasa flow + free movement – Level 2

1.00pm – Restore & Nourish – 90 mins – yin + embodiment – All Levels

Friday:

12.00pm – A Grateful Heart – 45 mins – journalling +meditation + breath – All Levels
