About Just Love Yoga

Weekly Vinyasa Flow and Ashtanga Yoga Classes in Woking and Chobham.
During a Vinyasa flow class each movement is synchronised with the in and out flow of breath, the postures are linked together in a fun, continuous and challenging flow. We commence with a series of sun salutations and then lead into a set of postures that enhance the individual focus of the class. The continuous flow of movement energises the body as well as leaving the practitioner grounded and connected. The class will leave you feeling fitter, stronger and energised.

Ashtanga classes follow the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series. This is a set sequence made popular in the West through the teachings of K. Pattabhi Jois. The focus of the practice is to flow from one posture to the next synchronising each movement with the breath. The use of ujjayi breath starts to increase internal body heat, whilst simultaneously calming and balancing the mind.
When practised regularly Ashtanga creates the perfect balance between strength & flexibility. In addition, it is powerful detoxification mechanism as well as enabling an overall improvement in health and well being.
