This weekly class is currently held virtually via zoom on a Monday evening 7.30-9pm starting on 20th April is designed for women beyond 12 weeks of pregnancy each session combines gentle stretching to ease the aches and pains of pregnancy, relaxation and also includes movement and breathing to help with the birth. There is also an opportunity each week to chat and get to know the rest of the group.
The sessions also offer an opportunity to take time out from your busy life to focus on you and your baby.
Each session cost £5 or £4 if booking 4 weeks payable in advance. Your 1st session is free
