Hatha flow yoga classes for all experience levels including beginners. Classes work on strength, flexibility and balance. Classes are accessible to all levels, using progressive and safe alignment. Each week there will be a different sequence, with the whole body and mind involved. My aim is to teach mindfully, with compassion and support. I encourage you to believe in your own potential, and start where you are. Yoga is for everyone.
