Shen believes in creating a warm and friendly environment where everyone can go at their own pace - making the individual feel empowered. Shen uses Vinyasa flow to link poses (asanas) taken from Ashtanga, Iyengar and Hatha practices. Combined with pilates Shen's classes are effective in terms of weight loss, mobility and rehabilitation. These classes are great for postural correction as emphasis is placed on breathing and correct alignment. Shen's classes are great on their own but ideal if you use them as part of your own exercise program. Great for reducing stress in the mind, body and soul!
