Yoga with Claire Lovegrove

Whatever your motivation for considering this Yoga class – come along! the aim is to help you leave class feeling better than you did before! We will work through the body, releasing tension and building strength evenly, from the inside out. The breath is used as a guide as we move through a range of postures and practices. Each class ends with a guided relaxation to ensure your body, mind and energy are restored for your evening ahead.

Class is open to all, feel free to call ahead or pop by one evening – mats are available, all you need is comfortable clothing and £10 to pay. 5 class passes are available for £40 and these must be used within a 6 week period.
