About Teyah Lee Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a discipline that utilises postures and breathing techniques. With its constant movement, vinyasa can be seen as the most cardio of the yoga styles. Within the class there will be Sun Salutations and lowing in and out of yoga postures linked by breath. Emphasis is placed not just on the poses themselves, but the transitions into and out of each posture which will get the heart pumping and the body sweating. Vinyasa is incredible for stress relief also! You can get the blood flowing and achieve a little bit of that moving meditation.
As a practitioner and teacher of Vinyasa Flow Yoga I am able to offer a range of sequences, which cater to the specific needs the many millions of different sounds that with to practice. Whether that be a more intensive, muscle toning and dynamic practice or a steadier, meditative, breath controlled practice; I am able to use my skills in Vinyasa Flow teaching to adapt to these specific requirements.
My experience as a trained dancer of 18 years allows me to understand the foundation of movement, as well as the technique to mindfully navigate through space to improve and develop an individuals mind.
