Isabelle Clements Yoga

Isabelle is a qualified Iyengar Yoga teacher offering general yoga classes for all ages and abilities. Isabelle is passionate about the physical and mental health benefits of yoga.  Her classes are welcoming and relaxed, offering a calm and safe space for stretching, relaxing and nurturing yourself.  Isabelle will guide you through the class with detailed instructions, attentiveness and adjustments to ensure proper alignment and safe practice. Poses are adapted with props to accommodate stiffness and injuries. Everyone is welcome to my classes. This yoga is for everybody, not just bendy bodies! Taster sessions available.
