Yoga with Avril

Avril’s  deepened practice and dedication to the Iyengar method led her to train and qualify at beginners level 2 in November 2016.   Avril feels it is a privilege for her to teach Yoga classes.  The classes are small in numbers and are part of a friendly & welcoming community.
