About rebalance yoga
Vinyasa Flow yoga, consists of a series of poses which flow fluidly and synchronised with the breath; because of the smooth way that the poses run together the breath becomes an important component.
You will be instructed to move from one pose to the next on an inhale or exhale
This style gives you an added cardiovascular benefit, which more traditional forms of yoga do not have. Regular practice of vinyasa yoga can increase muscle strength, endurance and flexibility, and reduce levels of stress.
You will be guided towards flexibility, strength and balance and encouraged to find the posture options that will challenge and feel good to you.
All postures will be adapted to different abilities.
Like all styles of yoga, Vinyasa has both mental and physical benefits. Physically expelling toxins and re-energising the body and mentally, the synchronised breathing relaxes your mind and helps to release blockages of energy flow throughout the body
