Hannah is a 200hr qualified yoga and therapeutics teacher. She is also a writer with an MA in creative writing and writes for High Life North about all things yoga and wellbeing.
she enjoys teaching a variety of yoga and mindfulness classes, workshops and courses. She offer beginners classes and courses, vinyasa all levels classes and introduction to mindfulness meditation classes. Hannah is also passionate about teaching workshops across the north east. Her workshops include creative writing and yoga workshops as well as Ayurveda workshops and nurture nights.
Hannah brings a sense of warm calm to every class and enjoys welcoming new and returning students to every class and workshop.
