I am a passionately inspired yoga teacher who wishes to share all I know with you. I guide a portfolio of sessions and classes including beginners to intermediate hatha classes to help build strength and flexibility, restorative yoga a deeply refreshing relaxing practice, chair based practice for people trying to increase their movement and flexibility, and pre-natal yoga for mums to be moving and flowing their growing beautiful bodies supporting them to relax, breath, open and prepare for birth and becoming a new mum.
