Helllloooo,

My name is Bex, I have been teaching yoga for over two years. I qualified with yoga alliance (200hr course)

I am currently running  a class is Studley Parish centre on Wednesday evenings, normally 6-7 pm but this is subject to change.

I run a class at the Greig hall gym in dance studio every Sundays 11am-12pm. £5 a class non-members and members

I also work at Daily bread yoga studio in the lovely Bromsgrove with  heated floor oooohhhhh!!! on a Tuesday Eve, a  more restorative class

My classes are at Studley Warwickshire, Alcester Warwickshire and at Daily bread Bromsgrove.

I have a very fun approach to class and enjoy working the beautiful breath.

I specialise in yoga with injuries and beginners style class.
