About Bear Soul Yoga – Vinyasa, Yin and Pregnancy Yoga Classes Hatton Park and Kenilworth.

Friendly yoga classes at Hatton Park Village Hall and Undō in Kenilworth. Vinyasa classes are active and Yin is slow and floor based. Prenatal classes are in a soft, flowing style adapted specifically for pregnancy. Timetable and booking details are below. Beginners are always welcome.

One to one sessions can also be organised, either at Undō or your home - I have availability on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Philippa is a gifted teacher, skilful and sensitively aware of individual needs. She combines an engaging teaching style with an explanation of the benefit and effect of each posture. Her enthusiasm and ability as an instructor has developed our understanding and practice of yoga.

Philippa continued to teach classes online throughout the past 18 months of the pandemic, which amply demonstrates her commitment to her students.

I’ve being doing yoga on and off for about 20 years; this is the best class I have taken by far. Three reasons for this: 1. Philippa is a fantastic teacher who makes everyone welcome and comfortable to practise at their own level. She offers advice to adapt poses if they are not comfortable and supports everyone in the class. 2. Philippa’s style of yoga is very active.
