The Daisy Foundation offers a selection of classes, workshops and group sessions that meet the needs of expectant mums and new parents from early pregnancy right through to toddlerhood – a continuous perinatal support that helps you to achieve a positive pregnancy, confident birth and an informed and supported journey to confident motherhood.
Daisy Birthing is a weekly antenatal class for expectant mums. You can enjoy pregnancy, stay mobile, meet new friends to share the journey, learn about your changing baby and body all while preparing for a confident birth.

When it comes to pregnancy, any number of emotions can overwhelm us: excitement, fear, anxiety, delight, uncertainty, confusion – and these may well be ever changing! Daisy Birthing helps women enjoy a positive pregnancy and prepare for a confident birth. We have taken the best elements of pregnancy yoga, active birth, hypnobirthing and antenatal classes, then wrapped them together in a powerful class. This class is the first step of your continuous perinatal support, taking you from pregnancy through the first 18 months. Allowing you the confidence that comes from realising you can do this.
Important Class Information
Daisy Birthing is for expectant mums only and suitable to attend from 14 weeks up until baby’s birth. Classes can be adapted to suit all pregnancy related conditions and birth plans with ease. Therefore Daisy Birthing is suitable for everyone, regardless of whether this is your first or your fifth baby.
Classes are booked in blocks of 6 weeks at a time. However, they are designed to carry you through from early pregnancy right up until your baby's birthing day. We recommend continued attendance if possible, for maximum benefit; although one block of 6 weeks will give you the tools required for birth.
