I enjoy offering classes that have a friendly and fun atmosphere, offering modifications and adaptations so that everyone can enjoy the practice. I have been teaching for over 20 years and my main aim is to promote Yoga as a tool to help bring more enjoyment into our lives!

Friendly class with postures tailored to individual needs. Mixture of challenge and relaxation. Highly recommended.
