Following my doctors advice to seek lessons from an accredited Yoga teacher, I found Beth and have never looked back. As a result of her individual tuition, I know this was definately the best decision I have ever made. I continue to use the yoga routine she designed for me on a daily basis.
Free from pain – I can now enjoy my life to the full and I am so grateful.

Beth is lovely, knowledgeable and supportive, she has designed a daily practice that has really helped me, I cannot believe the difference it has made to my stress levels and my posture. Really well worth going.

I started yoga with Beth in summer 2015 , 2 years after a disc injury to my back which had left me with ongoing discomfort. I had tried some yoga previously along with physiotherapy exercises but was having fairly frequent flare-ups and diminishing confidence in how far I should be pushing my body to rebuild strength vs fear of further injury. Before starting with Beth I had never done Yoga (or anything similar!) and I had no idea what to expect, I just thought it would be something that would be beneficial for me as I sit at a desk for most of my working week. Beth’s classes are very easy to get to grips with and she explains the moves very well and why we are doing them. Over the past 6 months I have noticed that I am getting hardly any pain in my shoulders anymore and my general well-being seems to be more positive. The most notable change… Read more »

At the age of 68 I went to Beth to see if Yoga could help my sciatic pain. She has a friendly & sympathetic manner & I look forward to our sessions. I’ve seen an enormous improvement both in pain reduction & mobility.
Give Beth a try, you’ll be surprised.

My other half and I had been thinking about trying yoga for some time. We saw Beth was running an introduction class, we decided to give it a go- and we’re delighted that we did! I suffered from a bad back so we were looking to improve our core strength and increase our flexibility as we want to remain as active as possible for as long as possible. Beth teaches a style of yoga that is a great combination of movement and breathing so it feels like you’ve had a good workout but it’s relaxing at the same time. Since… Read more »
