Akhanda Hatha & Curvy Yoga based classes, workshops and longer Retreats in Scotland and overseas. Published writer of yoga articles. Founder of yoga podcast series, Yoga Tutor for Yoga Scotland.

Qualified in Akhanda Hatha Yoga (2006) and Curvy Yoga (2015) styles, I love to experience all styles of yoga from the physical to pranayama (breath work), mantra and chanting to karma yoga.
Once a busy Financial Services Project Manager working around the world I now direct a lot of that energy and drive into following my passion for sharing the benefits yoga can bring to all minds and all bodies. My yoga teaching includes running classes, supporting special needs groups and Wellbeing Retreats in the stunning Scottish Highlands.

I’m a Tutor for the Yoga Scotland Yoga Foundation Course.

I co-founded and host an international yoga podcast series. Inspiring stories from yogis around the world. Already listened to in more than 70 countries.
I love to write and have been published in:

-       Huffington Post

-       YOGA magazine

-       OM Yoga magazine

-       Yoga Scotland members magazine

-       Various Scottish newpapers

-       On Stirling City Radio station

I am an experienced NLP Practitioner, Reiki Master, Holistic Therapist and active fundraiser for SAMH, the Scottish Association for Mental Health.
