Choose YOU – yoga studio and wellness hub

‘Choose YOU – yoga studio and wellness hub’ is a large, dedicated holistic facility in Livingston.  We have a beautiful 1000sq ft studio which hosts 18 weekly classes.  We have eight instructors and several styles of yoga which range in intensity.

Choose YOU has two therapy rooms and a number of private businesses offering wellbeing services including counselling.  We are hoping to establish the studio and hub as the holistic centre of excellence in West Lothian.

Our facility hosts a regular selection of wellness events and we have been successful in bringing together a community of professionals and students in our first year.  We are immensely proud of this.

We offer private tuition and are opening our second studio (700sq ft) within the building in May/June 2018.

Our spaces are available to let for holistic events and training courses at weekends and for mid-week corporate events.  Also for classes when not in use by our own instructors.  Please contact us on info@chooseyouyoga.co.uk for more information.
