K G Yoga

Come and join in on a fun, friendly K G Yoga Class. I make sure all classes are available to all levels and abilities making sure that everyone can join in. I teach both Vinyasa yoga and Hatha Yoga classes within Ringwood and soon to be in Verwood and St Leonards. Each week the class will have a different focus for example hip openers or shoulder openers, allowing us to work on a range of movement dedicated to a specific area and finishing each session with a relaxation / meditation.

I also can do private yoga classes either at your home or chosen location. A private class is a great chance for you to work on your own personal goal. You tell me what you would like to improve on and I will create a yoga class specific to your needs. I can also give you my undivided attention helping you to improve your alignment, work on any weaknesses and maybe start to work a little deeper into your practice.
