Satwant Kaur has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for over 14 years - in Canada, the UK, France and Germany. She is also a Teacher Trainer for Kundalini Yoga, with the Karam Kriya School in London.
These community classes offer a chance to deepen your experience with Kundalini yoga - through practice of the same kriya (set of yoga postures, given for a specific physical or energetic effect) for several consecutive sessions through the month. A new meditation class is now on offer - which provides the chance to gain awareness of the play of the mind, and learn tools to connect to the neutral mind - the space from where our decisions are made and which opens a doorway to that which is beyond the mind - the True Self.
Kundalini Yoga: 6:30-7:45 PM
Meditation: 8:00-9:00 PM
Yoga available as an 8-week block or drop in rate; Meditation class is an 8 week course.
