Fitness Yoga class with Alicia are so relaxing. Various exercises every session, all to suit all levels. I used to be so beginner but Alicia always provides couple versions of different levels.

Excellent stretching and relaxation. I always come back to Alicia’s Fitness Yoga class with pleasure. Due to my busy schedule Private sessions suit me better now. Brilliant. Highly recommended.

I have been practising Yoga for years but still found this class challenging. First 40 minutes guarantee great workout for the entire body. Wide variety of poses will satisfy even experienced yoga fans.

There are different levels for more and less fit persons so everyone can do it and without feeling embarrassed if they are new to yoga. Great instructor’s guidance. For the last 10 minutes you get well deserved relaxation, best one I have ever been to. I have already recommended this class to friends.

Alicia’s lessons will guide you from beginner level with safety and well-being being of high importance.I enjoy every class I have attended and look forward to trying new moves and there has been a definite improvement in my posture.

I was a complete beginner to yoga when I first started in 2016 – Alicia makes the class accessible to all levels and teaches the poses so you know if you’re doing it right. I now feel strong and confident and the variety of the classes means I never want to miss a session as it’s a fabulous mind and body workout in a great studio. Fully recommend you come along as you’ll love it!

My friend and I found Alicia in 2017 after searching for a yoga teacher. We were complete beginners and were not sure what to expect. We wanted to do a form of exercise that did not mean going into a gym. Nearly a year later and we are completely dedicated to Alicia’s classes. Whether you are a beginner or advanced her classes are suitable for all. No competition felt and her style of yoga is excellent. I am currently attending the Monday pregnancy yoga class. Alicia is a great instructor and I feel the classes to have really helped me with my second pregnancy. Would highly recommend! I’m still attending at 35 weeks!

I have been going to Yoga with Alicia for 2 years now, before joining I struggled even with simplest of things from sitting to moving easily without pain. Now I go every week and love going I feel able and fitter than before using and strengthening my muscles. I am so pleased with what Alicia teaches me I always feel I’ve benefited. I have and would recommend these classes you’ll love it!

The classes are always challenging and varied. Alicia explains things really well and I always feel like I have had a good work out. I have only been going for a short while and can really feel a difference. I enjoy every class and always look forward to the next one….I love it and highly recommend.

If you are researching for a yoga teacher and reading this review you can stop looking now. I spent a long time googling talking to friends and looking for the right place for a complete novice with no experience as I wanted to join my daughter on a yoga retreat. Within a few weeks Alicia gave me the confidence to go on the retreat and have a wonderful time. I first discovered Alicia 4 years ago when searching for a local yoga teacher that did classes in evenings as most classes were during the day, and I am so happy I found her! Alicia is extremely professional and demonstrates such dedication to her pupils. Classes cater for all levels and abilities and safety is always emphasised. Instructions are clear, and she avoids using traditional names for poses as in the past at other classes I felt these can be confusing.
