**Mum and baby Yoga 10-11am…**
YogaBellies Mum and Baby Yoga classes give new mummies the opportunity to relax and rejuvenate postpartum, as well as helping to regain tone, and strengthen those important abdominal and pelvic floor muscles. Baby is not put in the corner but is fully integrated into mum’s yoga practice, boosting their immune system, as well as brain and nervous system development. Classes provide baby with sensory stimulation but also enhanced relaxation, leading to better sleep patterns. Classes are relaxed, welcoming and fun and provide the opportunity to meet other mums and babies in your area. Suitable from 6 weeks post natural delivery or 8-10 weeks post c-section until baby is speed crawling ;o) (approximately 9-12 months)!

**Pregnancy Yoga 7-8.15pm…**
YogaBellies Pregnancy Yoga classes are relaxed, welcoming and suitable for ALL women from 14 weeks gestation, whether you’re completely new to yoga or have been practicing for years. The weekly sessions include yoga postures suitable for pregnancy and adjusted for each trimester, breathing techniques and deep relaxation, as well as providing the opportunity to meet other likeminded mums!

You also get a YogaBellies tote bag and lots of extra useful information, tips and offers when you start your classes.
