About Joe Does Yoga
Yoga has been a part of my life for about 30 years and my practice has helped me cope with all that life throws at me, as well as grow stronger and more flexible both on and off the mat. It is because Yoga has given me so much, that I passionately want to show others how it can help them on their own journey through life.
My aim has been to make yoga accessible to people of all ages, physical abilities and body types in a friendly and relaxed environment. Allowing everyone to step off the mat with mind, body & soul feeling refreshed, happy & balanced.
