I have 4 classes in Aldridge and Walsall. Saint Michaels Church Hall, Leigh Road, Walsall on Mondays 6.30 to 7.30, Wednesdays 9.30 to 10.30, these are slow practice classes suitable for beginners to intermediate, also Wednesday 10.45 to 11.30 I have a plus size yoga class, which is a slow practice suitable for plus size ladies and gents with meditation and relaxation. Aldridge Social club, High Street, Aldridge on Thursdays 6.15 to 7.15, suitable for beginners, please message me for details. I also have 1 to 1 Yoga sessions available for beginners or intermediate. Useful for those looking to start their practice or for help with specific ailments or to improve on alignment in asanas etc.
