Yoga to fuel your mind, body and soul. Based in Bentley Heath in Solihull we offer Vinyasa flow and Yin classes suitable for all abilities. The focus is on working with your own body and at your own pace to help you stretch, strengthen and relax.

Fuel & Flow yoga with Jo.
I’ve been attending Jo’s classes for 2 months now & thoroughly enjoy the variety of week. Jo has a way of encouraging you to challenge both your body & mind leaving you feeling revitalised. Each class leaves you wanting to try new things. I can’t recommend her enough.

Fuel and Flow yoga classes with Jo are accessible to beginners as well as experienced students. Each class is a little different with new poses and flows often being introduced. Jo is an excellent teacher – she explains how certain poses affect different parts of the body, talks us through how to breathe with the movements and provides options for those who practice at different levels. There is a light-hearted feel to her classes and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed in my body and mind.
