We practice in a non judgemental, warm, clean, safe, secure and regulated environment, to a mixture of Ibiza chill out tunes, and authentic Yoga sounds.
Ten minutes at the end of each class is dedicated purely for relaxation and meditation to help you switch off from the pressures of todays life in the western world.
You will always find a place to park in our large car park, and we have plenty of mats, props, blankets, yoga wheels, cushions and water free for your use. All you will need is yourself, in light fitted clothing, that allows a full and free range of movement.
There is no need to book, just turn up between five and ten minutes before practice, this allows you to get settled and the teacher to prepare your room. If it is your first visit please arrive at least ten minutes before practice so that you can fill out a short form and familiarise yourself with the surroundings.

Location Information
We are located on the same site as Tidbury Green School. Access is by using the school entrance off Dickens Heath Road, an overflow carpark is situated next door.
