About FAByoga
The aim of my classes is to make a yoga accessible to as many people as possible so that they can take advantage of the many different benefits that come from practising yoga. The main ways I currently do this is by offering drop in classes, individual or couple’s sessions in their own homes and closed group sessions, eg in a ward setting.
I also offer chair yoga sessions on Fridays for people who do not like to kneel, sit or lie on the floor.

These yoga sessions run by Margaret are great! She is really friendly and can be a great help if you don’t feel like you can do yoga.
With easy to find venues and good, easy to use website, if you come as a regular or just a one off (like me) you’ll find it easy to fit in to one of the many classes
