I teach a vinyasa-flow style classes focusing on breath, movement and relaxation/meditation. My classes are intended to improve general well-being, by means of improving strength, flexibility and stillness of mind, as well as promoting self exploration, awareness and healing. The classes are delivered with humour in a relaxed but safe manner. All abilities are welcome and adjustments are offered.


Monday 9:45 am Gentle Yoga, Willowhale Community Hall, Aldwick £7  for 90 mins

Monday Evening, Dynamic Flow, VK gym, Durban Road, Bognor Regis 7:15 pm £7

Thursday morning 11:30 am Gentle/slow flow yoga. for Well-fit Bognor at Felpham Village Hall - members and drop-ins welcome (£6 for drop in)

Thursday evenings, Dynamic Flow 7:15 - 8:15pm at North Mundham Village Hall, North Mundham, School Lane, Chichester £7

One to one, small groups and corporate also available - please enquire within.

I have been attending kerrys fit and flow yoga for nearly a year and absolutely love it. She has a relaxed and clear delivery and allows an individual to progress at their own pace within their own practice. A good mix of breathing techniques, movement and relaxation….Great for the heart, body and soul. Highly recommended.

I have finallly taken up yoga with Kerry after years of procrastinating! I started four weeks ago and I absolutely love it! Kerry is fantastic she makes the class so interesting, calming and encourages you to do what you can and not push yourself too much. I thoroughly recommend this class for anybody who has been meaning to start yoga ! What a lovely lady xx

Fit&Flow with Kerry always hits the mark. Fun, challenging, fulfilling, sometimes dynamic, other times soft, but always spiritual. I really enjoy this class and highly recommend Kerry whether you are totally new to Yoga (as was I) or more experienced.

Finally after much procrastination I joined Kerrys yoga class months ago! It is the best thing I have done, the class is so friendly and Kerry encourages you to work at your own pace and only push as far as your body will allow. She is fun, knowledgeable and obviously fantastic at yoga! I thoroughly recommend her class to anyone who is thinking of starting up yoga or joining a class – what a lovely lady x
