A beautiful escape to practice Yoga  with Sam Jenkins .  I have been teaching yoga for 9 years . I am loving my Yoga journey. I have met and been very lucky to have been taught by some great teachers . Fully qualified , and pre and post natal yoga , currently studying children’s yoga .
