About Yoga with Vanessa

Vanessa’s dance background of over 35 years provides her with a good understanding of alignment and movement within the body. She was classically trained as a ballet dancer with the Royal Ballet and Rambert School of dance, and completed a 3-year Diploma in Dance. This understanding supports the yoga teaching she offers and she is able to support her students so that they can have greater awareness in their own bodies.

The method in which Vanessa teaches yoga is a reflection of her passion for yoga and all that it brings.

Vanessa teaches Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes that are creative and inspiring. Classes are enjoyable and open to all – beginners new to yoga and those with a regular practice. Focusing on alignment and safety in the poses, they are designed to increase flexibility. You are not required to be super flexible to take part, encouragement and patience is offered in abundance. The classes are taken at your own pace, so that you too can enjoy the benefits of all that yoga has to offer, relaxed, calm and connected.
